ZaKargon is an online marketplace that connects sellers and buyers directly. ZaKargon is not a party to agreements you conclude and accepts no responsibility for losses or claims arising from either party’s failure to fulfil a deal, including disputes about payment, product contents, delivery times or conformity with the description.

The platform provides technology for arranging deals and does not participate in their performance. We continue to develop monitoring and moderation tools to support a fair trading environment. We cannot guarantee every seller’s integrity or the quality of purchased goods, as we do not physically inspect them or control logistics.

An administrator reviews company registration documents before a provider can respond to requests or publish catalogue listings. Verified manufacturers receive a public badge. Document verification does not guarantee performance of a deal. Confirm all terms with the other party using the available communication tools before concluding a deal.
